Using a combination of bolting, riveting, clips, connectors, and on-site welding, ICM Metal Fabrication will work closely with all project stakeholders to ensure a strong and stable build. Site Preparation. Using a combination of concrete forms and steel, our team will complete the foundation according to project specifications.
Assembly. Using cranes, lifts, and other heavy machinery, our team will begin to put all components on or in the ground and foundation.
Framing Installation. During this phase, ICM Metal Fabrication will erect and fasten together all the parts of the building’s steel frame.
Roof and Wall Placement. Once the framing is complete, we will put the steel roof and wall panels in place.
Quality Control and Inspection. Our team thoroughly inspects and reinspects our work to ensure every part of your steel building is erected to the highest standard. In addition, our team’s trained eye and inspection processes ensure that your new building passes any current or future inspector visits.
